Personal & Small Group Training
Each session is 1 hour and can be done In-Home, 5Fitness, or at Athletic Outcomes.
Includes the following:
1-hour session, 1-3 times per week depending on the individual, lifestyle, and goals
A plan that is 100% individualized and specific to you
Body composition testing
