Traveling is the perfect time to relax, chill, and reset. That is exactly what I did on vacation, BUT I still made time to workout each morning with my girls. After each workout we came back awake and ready to embrace the day! Below is a little glimpse of what we did each day. AMRAPs are a great choice when you have a group of people you are traveling with but everyone is at different fitness levels.

FRIDAY
Warm-up: 10 minute jog on the beach
5 minute AMRAP:
10 pushups, 10 V-ups
Rest 2 minutes
5 minute AMRAP:
shuttle beach run
10 lunges
Rest 2 minutes
10 dips
20 mountain climbers
Rest 2 minutes
5 minute AMRAP:
10 squats
10 sprawls

SATURDAY
Warm-up: 10 minute jog on the beach
7 minute AMRAP
shuttle beach run
10 lunges
10 suitcase situps
Rest 2 minutes
5 minute AMRAP
5/5 split squat
10 jumping squats
20 russian twist
Rest 2 minutes
7 minute AMRAP
shuttle beach run
10 sumo squat
5 pushups
Tabata abs

SUNDAY
We worked out in the fitness center to mix it up.
Part A: 5 stations for 5 girls.
Station 1: Concept 2 rower
Station 2: Double unders
Station 3: DB snatch
Station 4: DB thruster
Station 5: Ab wheel
30 seconds on, 10 seconds rest x2 at each station. 2 full rounds
Part B: 5 minute AMRAP
5/5 renegade rows
5 pushups
10 jumping lunges
Part C: Abs

MONDAY– very similar to Friday and  Saturday
