For the past 5 months, I have been able to be back on the track doing my weekly sprint workouts. I knew I loved this day of training, but I had forgotten how much clarity it brings me every time I step foot on the track. Thank God my Achilles is healing and I can run again!
A few of my athletes have personal trained with me outside of class, and we worked on speed and power, specifically using bands. This is a fun way to get on the track and work at a high intensity. Pictured above is Kate working on arm drive, leg turnover, and knee drive.
